– The Government, which is headed by the President. In the interests of national security and the efficient functioning of the economy, the national executive can intervene in provincial affairs if the provincial executive fails to fulfill its responsibilities.

Administratively and territorially:

South Africa is divided into 9 provinces (Eastern Cape, Northern Cape, Western Cape, Limpopo, KwaZulu-Natal, North West, Free State, Gauteng, Mpumalanga).

Foreign Policy:

South Africa is a member of the United Nations, BRICS, the G20 (G20), the Non-Aligned Movement, the African Union, the Southern African Development Community (SADC), and several other international and regional organizations.
